In addition, Anvironannounced that Antonio Bufilino and Alberto Rizzocini as senior management forthe Anviron International Operations will be taking over leadership of thisdivision from Steve Young.

Over the past year under the leadership of Steve Young, Anviron was selected inSeptember 2008 as the technology of choice for a 200 thousand hectarereclamation project for its ability to convert land and soil at the molecularlevel. This single project is estimated at $70 Million over the first 18 monthsof the project and ongoing annual sales of $21 Million. Anviron is currentlyevaluating the use of its technology on three additional mine reclamation sitestotaling 75,000 hectares of land representing an additional estimated $26.25Million USD in potential future product sales. These sales would be estimated todevelop over the first 1.5 to 2 years of the projects development phase.
